Plastic intalox saddle is designed based on the saddle, which has the structure of arcuate, and the liquid channels in the packing bed are mostly arc-shaped, thus the resistance of gas passing through the bed and the radial diffusion coefficient when the liquid flows downward are reduced.
Compared with metal and ceramic intalox saddle, it has better elasticity. It has features such as high free volume, low pressure drop, low mass-transfer unit height, high flooding point, uniform gas-liquid contact, small specific gravity, high mass transfer efficiency,etc. And plastic intalox saddle is easy to operate, it is suitable for various packed towers, such as drying tower, absorption tower and cooling tower.
