Ceramic Y Type Partition Ring

Ceramic Y type partition ring is a special type of high-efficiency bulk packing processed by a unique design with one or three "Y" inside. The special structure can ensure the fluent circulation of air. Additional, ceramic Y type partition ring can enlarge the inner space to improve the mass transfer efficiency.

The resistance to vapor is decreased and flux is increased a lot when vapor-liquid flows through the packing bed. Distribution of vapor-liquid is distributed more evenly and the interface between vapor and liquid is increased so as to improve the mass transfer efficiency.

With excellent chemical resistance, heat resistance and mechanical strength, ceramic Y type partition ring is used as bottom support materials in the hydrocracking devices, refining devices, catalytic reforming devices, isomerization devices, demethylation devices and other intermediate filling materials.
