Plastic Pall ring has two layers on the plastic cylinder wall and has several fingers or webs bending inward of the ring to form different shapes.
The separation efficiency of plastic pall ring is higher than that of Raschig ring and the mass pressure is half lower than the Raschig ring at the same decompression situation.
The plastic Pall ring has excellent chemical resistance, temperature stability and mechanical strength and is among the most commonly used tower packing materials for applications involving gas and liquid separation.

As the high separating efficiency, the plastic pall ring is widely used in various applications, such as: CO2 absorption, SO2, HCl and HF absorption or stripping, chlorine dioxide absorption in water or caustics, chlorine absorption in water or caustics.
