Plastic super intalox saddle, also called plastic intalox saddle, is improved based on the plastic intalox saddle. It is characterized by improving the fan-shaped curved surface into a shell-like curved surface with serrated edges and increasing the opening to communicate the inner and outer surfaces of fillers. This design combines the advantages of ring-type and saddle-type packing. It integrates the former's large flux capacity and the latter's good liquid distribution performance.
And plastic super intalox saddle has the characteristics of low pressure drop and high mass transfer efficient, the most frequently used high-performance packing which exhibit advantages for most applications in comparison with other packing of different shapes.

Plastic super intalox saddle rings feature a curved, saddle-like shape with a series of small openings in the arc surface and corrugations on the outer ridge. These openings promote the free passage of fluid, minimizing pressure drop. Thus, they can be widely used in the packing towers in petroleum industry, chemical industry, alkali chloride industry, coal gas industry and environmental protection, etc. And they can be used in various packed towers, such as drying tower, absorption tower, scrubbing tower and cooling tower.
