Product Description

The product (HG-CohesivePro 2011) is amino modified polyolefin, which is a solvent-free chlorine-free adhesion promoter. It is designed for various low surface energy substrates. HG-CohesivePro 2011 can be used as a primer or as an additive to a coating or adhesive formulations where acrylics, urethanes and epoxy systems are utilized. What is particularly worth mentioning that HG-CohesivePro 2011 also can be used in one-component (1K) and two-component (2K) systems, which can greatly satisfies the different needs of customers.

Application Methods

  • If used as a primer: Dilute the product with appropriate solvent to 2-10% by weight, then apply the dilution to a clean surface (surface free of dirt, oil, grease, and others) with a spray, brush, or roll, and make sure the surface completely covered. Allow the substrate to dry at room temperature or heat before applying the top paint or adhesive.
  • If used as an additive: Depending on the purpose of use, the product is added to the coating or adhesive formulation at 2-10% level (please ensure that the product is compatible in the coating or adhesive system). And then apply coating or adhesive formulation on your target substrate as per required rates and application.
