Alfa Chemistry offers phosphate ester polymer adhesion promoter, mainly focus on providing phosphate ester functional epoxy copolymer adhesion promoter. These products are mainly used for improving the adhesion of coatings, inks and adhesives to a variety of metal substrates. In this series of products, we have developed and produced three types of this product (CohesivePro-PAP3001, CohesivePro-PAP3002 and CohesivePro-PAP3003), and each product has completely different properties, performances and applications. The recommended addition amount is 2-6% (for coating formulations), which can be added at all stages of production.
Packaging available in 25kg/drum and 200kg/drum. We can also customize the packaging according to customers' requirements. And the product should be stored in a sealed container in a dry and well-ventilated environment.
HG-CohesivePro 3002 is suitable for a variety of coating, ink and adhesive systems to improve their adhesion to a variety of inorganic substrate such as aluminum and its alloys, zinc and its alloys, cold rolled steel plate, stainless steel, electroplated parts, inorganic glass, etc. For coating, it is suitable for alkyd amino baking paint, acrylic amino baking paint and other high-temperature baking system, and it can also be used for medium temperature baking of one component system (1K) or two component (2K) coating system.

The recommended addition level is approximately 2-6% as supplied, based on total formulation.
Packaging available in 25kg/drum. We can also customize the packaging according to customers‘ requirements. And the product should be stored in a sealed container in a dry and well-ventilated environment. Products may freeze at low temperatures, but it can be re-liquefied by warming with agitation.
HG-CohesivePro 3003 is suitable for solvent-borne and water reducible coatings (industrial OEM coatings, transportation coatings, protective coatings) to improve their adhesion to ferrous metal substrates, including cold-rolled and galvanized steel in direct to metal applications.
In addition to improving adhesion, the product is also an efficient corrosion inhibitor which can improve the corrosion resistance of the coating.

The recommended addition level is approximately 1 to 3% as supplied, based on total formulation. The addition rate should be optimized to give the best adhesion.
