Plastic polyhedral hollow ball, also named as multi-aspect hollow ball or polyhedral hollow ball packing, is a new type of highly efficient random packing which is composed of two hemispheres that will form into a ball. Each hemisphere consists of a number of half-fan-shaped leaves, and the upper and lower leaves are in a staggered arrangement.
