Plastic hiflow ring is the third generation of high-performance tower packing. Compared with plastic pall ring, plastic hiflow ring has higher void fraction, higher fluid flux, lower pressure drop. The vertical bar staggered distribution and reinforced horizontal stripe largely improve its rigidity and strength. In addition, it has features such as low mass-transfer unit height, high flooding point, uniform gas-liquid contact, small specific gravity, high mass transfer efficiency and so on.
Plastic hiflow ring is widely used in absorbers, liquid/liquid extraction, degassing, heat transfer, water treatment, etc.
