Plastic Heilex ring, also named as crown-type Raschig ring, is a new type of open-celled filler which is designed based on the saddle shaped structure. Plastic Heilex ring adopts injection molding technique, which greatly enlarges its surface area and increases its void ratio. And because of this special structure, it has uniform gas-liquid distribution and excellent mass transfer performance. Plastic Heilex ring is suitable for gas absorption, cooling and purification, etc.
