HG-AB074

This is a compact-sized, jet-milled, non-standard "entry-level" single-crystal micropowder. It is an excellent choice for high-volume applications such as lapping plates, stone polishing, and gemstone polishing, offering cost-effectiveness without compromising performance for these specific tasks.

HG-AB075

A standard jet-milled product, HG-AB075 features the most irregular particle shape among our offerings, making it an economical grade. It is primarily designed for use in metal bond and electroplated tools, with some utility in resin bond applications.

HG-AB076

Another standard jet-milled product, HG-AB076 boasts a slightly more regular shape and higher purity compared to HG-AB075. Its unique raw material imparts free-flowing qualities, allowing for customization across a variety of micron sizes to meet precise application needs.

HG-AB077

This unique product contains perfectly shape-controlled diamond micropowders, achieved through ball milling. HG-AB077 is considered the optimal product for PCD (polycrystalline diamond) /PCBN (polycrystalline cubic boron nitride) cutting tool grinding, rough grinding, and fine grinding. While also ideal for metal and electroplated tools, it demonstrates the longest lifespan when used in glass bond wheels.

HG-AB078

Characterized by its extremely high purity (with measured impurity content as low as 50 ppm), HG-AB078 was specifically developed for the precise needs of artificial PCD cutter manufacturing and maintenance.

HG-AB079

This is our dedicated resin bond grade of artificial single-crystal diamond micropowder. As a high-performance, economical grade product processed for resin bond applications, it exhibits a darker color compared to the HG-AB075, HG-AB077, and HG-AB078 products. It is available in a full range of sizes and is offered with a 56% electroless nickel coating for sizes 10-20 microns, enhancing its compatibility and performance in resin systems.
