Plastic cascade mini ring is a type of high-performance plastic random packing, which adopts trumpet-shaped design with several windows open on the surface, which increases the mechanical strength of the whole ring. It changes the traditional equal length and diameter structure, and also changes the cone-shaped flanging at one edge. This special structure has shortened distance which gas passing through wall's out surface, but also reduced the resistance when air passing through bed layer and increased voidage.
It has a low aspect ratio, good corrosion resistance, good separation effect. Plastic cascade mini-rings have a greater capacity and higher efficiency than plastic Pall rings.
